Sorry to hear about this with one of your daughters. A neurological disorder is a disorder of the body's nervous system. Structural, biochemical or electrical abnormalities in the brain, spinal cord, and nerves throughout your body. 

My best advice would be, take your daughter to a doctor who specialize in this field.

What on earth do you mean one of your daughters is neurological - we are all neurological - you must specify and in order to do this see your Doctor and get help - good luck.
