    Norton Antivirus message: Dangerously high usage of CPU??? and Internet Explore. What does this mean and how do I resolve this problem.

    Yes, just make sure you do not delete the most recent update. 


    CPU usage is all the programs you have running at one time. Open the task menu and turn off the ones you do not need. Remove them from the start up menu so they only run when you need them.
