Tie a rope to the tooth. Connect rope to bumper of car. Push car over a cliff. Toothache gone. Go get new car. OK. Glad to be of help Darren

Hope you can find something that helps/ My mom always gave us a few (3 or 4) wrapped in a piece of gauze and lightly dampened then we placed it against our gum where the pain was worse. It helped some. Not everyone has cloves in their house though so I didn't want it to be my only answer.

Hope you get some sleep, I would go to 7-11 or C.V.S.. By the time you realize you can't sleep, it's to late to get out and drive. Do it while it's still relatively early.... I'll pray for you.
