    no. its your crooked way of seeing things.  lol !

    Centrifugal force vs gravity keeps us all planted on the ground-- Too much gravity we would be a splat on the ground, too much centrifugal force we would be thrown into space.  Inanimate  objects  like your 'hanging picture' remain balanced relative to these forces unless an outside energy force disrupts it, such as earthquakes, tornadoes or brushing against it as you walk down the hallway. 


    This is basically true except for the poles.. :)
