    The reason I am having trouble is because I received a notice in the mail (addressed to my father, John Issler) from I.C. System, Inc. that his account had been turned over to I.. System for the amount of $8.16. However, I understand that there was two credits made to the account on that last month, and I guess they must have forgot to send out the final bill of $8.16, because I never received anything from you. Thank you for your help.
