I am trying to pay my father's closing bill but can't get on because I don't have his old account number. In order for it to be taken off collections I had to pay it today, but I won't be able to call for assistence until tomorrow morning. Will that affect it being taken off collections? I never received the final bill anyway. The bill was in my father, John Issler's name. The reason I am having trouble is because I received a notice in the mail (addressed to my father, John Issler) from I.C. System, Inc. that his account had been turned over to I.. System for the amount of $8.16. However, I understand that there was two credits made to the account on that last month, and I guess they must have forgot to send out the final bill of $8.16, because I never received anything from you. Thank you for your help.
