    Why would a man refuse to do proven exercises only because he sees them as girly.

    I have been doing a simple quick workout for about 2 weeks... and I am aready seeing serious defiantion in my tummy. I invited my over weight hubby to join and he said they were too girly for him. They are free and easy!!!! WHO cares if they are girly?

        what is the exercise jenn? I will give it a try. Tell hubby its ok to give it a try, unless it involves using a vagina. And if it does, just ask if he can use yours.      ;)
