    Ants do not eat their dead. They are often seen with carcasses in their mouths because they are trying to remove the bodies from the colony. This is commonly seen in ant farms.

    Ants are amazing workers! When I was much younger I watched ants working! We would lay a treat on the ground.  Like  a small mini marshmallow.  Soon a platoon of ants showed up . They would hoist the treat on their shoulders and off they went!  Ants just amaze me!

    LOL.... When my aunt and I were kids we used to play with the large red ants in our yard. Hours of entertainment! They are amazing little creatures.
