      If you're older and have blood in your stool, you may have some lesions or tumors in your stomach or intestines.  I'd go to a doctor and see if you'd need a colonoscopy.

        Could be the food you're eating and it could be blood mixed in your stool. Since you felt concerned enough to mention it to a bunch of strangers on the internet, I would suggest you mention it to your doctor too.
