True, but after 56,000 dead US soldiers and countless wounded, not to mention the 2 million Vietnamese who lost their lives after 20 years of conflict, no one cares anymore what the hell goes on in Vietnam.
Vietnam is now a USA trading partner so things are better for THEM and US.
