    im 39 years old and i dont take multi vitamins ..how bad is that for me at my age?

    If you eat a balanced diet and are a healthy person, you don't need to take additional vitamin supplements.  Vitamins are found in the food that you eat.  One exception would be taking calcium supplement as a woman grow older to promote stronger bones.


    Judging from your picture, you look fine except for the hair, or the lack thereof.
