    I need to reset my password and keep getting error ?

    Some password apps require that you use a password according to their format. 


    You may have to use a mix of upper case letters, lower case letters and numbers. Certain symbols can not be used like @#$%&* and such. 

    Yes, I have  had a similar problem with APPLE in combination with my glitchy keyboard and Alzheimer's...the Forget-it Malady. So I wrote my passwords down, seven different passwords so far and all of them are activated now. Makes check-ins much simpler to have an array of log-ins. Keep Your name the same and have many passwords that work. Works for me.
