    can a step child receive social security disability benefits from a disabled spouse..

    i am disabled and get SSD and was wondering if my stepdaughter who is 16 can get disability benefits based on my benefits.

      I don’t think any child would get anything from SSD and especially a non-relative.  Go to SS here:
