i was receiving food stamps,i was suppose to get them on the 14th of this month and i did not receive them,i went online to check my current status and it said my case was closed.i did the recertifacation 2 months ago online,i have no job ,no food,im starving.i have the new accsess card and everything,im just wondering what went wrond and why my case was closed,ive been getting food stamps for over a year,pleas help me thank you
i just reaplied again online,i didnt know what else to do.i have 5$ on my accsess card,i was suppose to get them on the14 th of this month and they never came

Maybe you need to go to the food stamp office in person. Or you can try to contact your caseworker. I know here they are notoriously hard to get in contact with but then I'm in Chicago and the place is super busy.....I know it's frustrating.....good luck....I wish you the best
