    3. With the new e-mail program, I am able to shut down my computer without "signing off". when I boot up and go to my email it comes up immediately. Should I sign off each time? Are there any problem with staying signed in all the time? --- Thanks

      There is no problem as long as no one has access to the computer that you wouldn't want to read your emails.
