On what??? if you are speaking of YELP, they will only block bad reviews if you subscribe as a business account with them. They will place bad reviews up front for everyone to see and good reviews they post them but you must go through their filter to see them, also they post 'not recommended by Yelp' on any good review from businesses that do not play their game.
