The screen is frozen.will not switch off or respond to any thing
It is a TOMtom one XL.I swithced it on and nothing happened.I connected it to the 240 volt supply via its power source. It made clapping noise and the screen is frozen. It will now not switch off. When I touch the screen to operate it nothing happens.
