    If an item is just described as 'used with no returns' does one have to eccept an item with bleach stains and badly plucked only fit for the bin? This was not shown on the photo.

      If this is eBay, I believe they have to show damage even if it is used. They have to give an honest description of the item. Dispute the sale through eBay.
