Adobe Flash was always able to run on Mac systems. The entire Adobe suite is designed for mac, you just needed to have the Mac version and not the windows version. You can purchase and download the program here on the official Adobe site. Now, if you mean, you want the Flash Player, you can download it for free here (again, select the Mac version).
Flash Player is not supported on iPad. There is a solution, however, according to this Apple support thread.
