    is age a deciding factor for living in a co-op? My hubby and I are 70 and 75 and healthy and active,

    we were rejected as, the letter said, as we didnt meet the criteria, whatever that means, please explain the policy of age, or criteria. *(Personal information removed by Moderator Ducky)*

    I'd be looking into their "criteria" for discrimination practices...

    She thinks it's due to their ages, though, not their income. Age discrimination surely does exist, though "people" pretend age doesn't matter. bah, humbug.
