You need a heavy duty engine degreaser for the grease & oil spots.Sprinkle it on,scrub it with a broom & then hose it off.
Once you have done that sprinkle the concrete with some granulated pool chlorine while it is still wet,scrub it with a broom & then hose it off.
Keep the doors & windows open when you are using the chlorine.
