    how do i delete duplicate files on windows7 without messing up my computer

    i have numerous duplicate files i need to take off my computer/ the last time i tried to remove dup files i removed more than i wanted to, the computer never worked again.. i donot want to make that oops again can someone help?

      Right click on the duplicate file and select delete.
