      Click View, then Tools, the customize. In box, locate your printer icon, click on it and drag it to your toolbar.

        Open up the control panel and click on printer and faxes. Check and see if your printer is there and also if your printer is enabled as the default printer.


        If your printer is no longer there the odds are is you have a Trojan and it has deleted your printer installation.
