Sit closer to your computer.
Without details of your system it's difficult to answer. I don't think you mean your screen got smaller, this is a physical impossibility but your screen resolution may have got bumped to a higher factor.
God to your control or system and find display, look for your answer in there. whatever resolution you see there, go down one size. eg., 1280X720--drop it to 1024X768.
The more you drop resolution, the less fits on the screen and the blurrier it gets.
