      Go to your local Legal Aid Society ASAP if you cannot afford attorney fees.  They will at least be able to tell how to proceed.

        CONTACT SOCIAL SECURITY with your claims, he has to account for how the money was used for her BENEFIT!!!

          Get a lawyer to file on your daughters behalf giving you power of attorney over her finances and health care needs. You need to prove all that you claim about her husband and get his guardianship over her removed so that you can be made her legal guardian.
