I'm referring to this "LAME THING" that they call a new E-MAIL BOX that was put into "service" 2 to 3 weeks ago. I and my entire family are thouroughly DISGUSTED with the fact that it was just dumped on the users of this service with NO instruction on how to use it, or support!!! or recourse to continue the use of the previous E-Mail format. I am not an Einstien, but I'm not a moron either, but the total lack of regard of the users that are using the system is really a shame. Especially from a company such as YAHOO. We are all ready to pick up and SHOP ELSEWARE. Thank You
