Wow I went to that site and had no luck . What i gathered is the code is on the doll and when you arrive at the site you enter it . I did encounter some other links try www,ask.com and www.wiki and perhaps you will have luck . Shame its a childs toy and you think they would make it easy for them . Sorry I wasnt more help Bill
