    When you get interviewed by Google, they'd ask how you would store information that Google has accumulated, not to the tune of not 10 times or 50 times their capacity, but to the level of 50,000 times.  This prompted the new engineers (new graduates) to think of the sky being the limit.  Hence, the term "cloud" was conceived.
