If smoke is white, keep your eye on the temperature gauge. If it goes beyond normal a blown head gasket is more than likely. If smoke is black smell for strong gas odor, gas mixture is not correct or out of time. If smoke is blue your burning oil, and that could be many things. Expensive things.
