    Usually when the bills come in and you see additional charges for things you did not invest in. If you suspect someone you could call the cops and inquire as to what, if anything, you can do about it. Keep all personal information in a secure location and never ever give out your PIN numbers or passwords to anyone.... not even your 'friends'...
