- 4 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
- 1Stir the mint into the boiling water.
- 2Add the sugar and salt.
- 3Leave until cold.
- 4Add the vinegar and mix well.
