          I am a salad nut.  There is a restaurant in a quaint little historic town about 20 minutes from my home that is owned by a brilliant chef.  The Roasted Beet Salad that this chef serves is over the moon delicious...it's also the only thing I can eat on the menu without having a gigantic allergic reaction ... I just don't care about the other items...  Everyone should taste this salad.

                            I love everything.  But i gave up red meat june 4th of this year. I love seafood, gumbo, vegetables, fruit, Mexican & Chinese food.  You made me hungry.
