      Call your vet. Do not give your dog people medicine!! Your dog probably needs antibiotics. Antibiotics would take the ache away. Seriously, do not play vet with your dog. He can not tell you when what you're doing to him is putting him in agony. He needs something like medicam for pain relief and only the vet can give that out.
