You accepted the toolbar when you downloaded something that came with it. Here's how to get rid of it:

Click "Start" and select "Control Panel" from the menu.

Click "Add or Remove Programs" or "Uninstall a Program." Wait for the list of programs installed on your computer to be populated.

Click "Inbox Toolbar" in the list of programs. Click "Remove" or "Uninstall/Change."
* 4
Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to remove the toolbar from your computer.
* 5
Wait for the toolbar to be removed and click "OK" when/if prompted.
