      I believe God created man and woman. Verse here>>New American Standard Bible 
      God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.


      Others do not believe God created man. It's up to you to study the different beliefs and come to your own conclusions.

        Glad you're a beleiver, CB . The best bible is either the King James, or the older Amer Standard Version, b/c the rest leave a lot out.....and they're a paraphrase, not a translation. To anybody - - -don't study the Living Bible, b/c it's a paraphrase.

        I had several Bibles including King James, but I could bring only one with me. I've been told the same as you about the King James version and to stay away from the Scofield Bible.

          The Urantia Book presents a reasonable portrail of our history that I consider accurate. It is available on-line free.

              Yeah, but that MAY just be a fable. On the other hand, the "forbidden" fruit and the mysterious surgically-removed rib from Adam's torso to create Eve sounds perfectly plausible to me.

              Are you trying to tell me that you doubt the validity of these two empirically-proven events?

              If so, you and I will meet one day in that blazing inferno down below. I'll introduce you to most of my close terrestrial friends. They're all as "bad" as I am. ;-)

              Digger, if it is written in the Bible or the Koran it must be true, at least as far as Republicans and Muslims are concerned.
