      All matter in space that has a gravity mass will round it self out like a ball of rolling lint.

        It is spinning thru space.  This helps keep round and gives gravity to the earth.

          I was told if the world stopped spinning because of the large mass we all would be stuck face down i don't now if thats true.

          If you take the moon it has a smaller mass with no spin gravity is lighter maybe?
