this is a condition whare a cartiledge disc that acts as a cushion between vertibre(bones of the back) is bulging out of its normal alignment.This condition is extreemly painfull and sometimes can be dangerous depending whare the disc is.This is NOT somthing you would do a home remedy for.This should only be treated by a medical professional.
