    Can a hunter have a camp fire?

    I will be elk hunting in the San Juan Forest near Narraguinnep Mountain in about two weeks. Can I build a camp fire to cook on?

      It really depends on exactly where you intend on setting up a camp. If it is on private land or not makes no difference if there is a fire ban.
