Love 'em! We Italians call them 'Chi-Chi Beans' or 'Chicha di' I have no idea why. Garbanzos, Chick Peas, So many names for these little guys. I love em, I put them in salads.
They ARE great. I add them to soups. stews, meatloaf even. You know they’re what’s used to make hummus, right?
yeah, I know Hummus but for some reason, I can't bring myself to eating it. Son and wife love Hummas.
I know what you mean. I made it once and it went bad on me. I like it if someone else made it so I can complain (to myself) about the spices….
