Well how I do it is I get a good cut of steak and wash thoroughly and in a covered plastic container I add like for example Lea & Perins Steak sauce (The thin brown liquid kind) and garlic powder, they also have some steak seasonings in the spice section that is already mixed up for a variety of flavors and I put that in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours (in that time I turn the plastic container over several times) and then grill to your taste. That is how I do it but I am sure you can google for some other great ideas.
