When I was seven all of my related girls (sister, 5 cousins and 4 of their friends) decided to use me as a kissing dummy to learn about how to kiss a boy. The experience was memorable.

a lot of kids start kissing the neighbor kids of the opposite sex when they're  12 or 13. I think they should be a little older. I don't recommend heavy necking or petting till you are  15 or 16.
