No. If you did not pay any taxes or have them deducted from your paycheck, you can not get a refund. 

However, because of many special programs in the tax system, the earned income tax c credit programs most noteably, you may receive what would seem like a "refund" of taxes that you didn't even pay! These same credits may be provided over the year in each of your paychecks and you should talk with your payroll manager about it.

REFUND is the compensation of funds paid in excess.  NO, if you have not paid anything, much less paid anything in excess, you aren't going to get a refund, which would be a return of YOUR money. 

Ummm! R.E.F.U.N.D. has got to tell you something.If you don't put it in you can't get it back.

Just the nature of the question makes me puke.

I know of people who don't work at all and they get cash back on earned income stuff!  Like some women on welfare who get sizeable checks from the (refund)  And people wonder why so called (entitlement) agencies say they are broke!
