Drinking lots of water first of all fills your stomach and thus you feel less hungry, and second of all drinking lots of water helps your metabolism. Fast metabolism=less fat stored in your body.
However, drinking more and eating less can be really bad for you if you go to far with it. the best diet and the best way to loose weight is by combining two things: eating well and doing aerobic sports. Eating well meant that your whole nutrition will be based on the following: Whole grains, pulses, lots of vegetables and fruits, low fat meat like turkey or fish, a little bit of nuts and healthy oils like olive oil. lower the amount of fat meat, dairy, sweet drinks and candy cakes that you eat. Healthy nutrition+sports= healthy weight and healthy life.
