How strange... talk to a doctor for sure as it does not sound like a simple case of a fungal rash. You do however refer to it as a rash so you might try some home remedies like dusting with cornstarch twice a day or rinsing with cider vinegar, using a soap like Betadine... still, see your doctor please.
