      Be one, not with money, you can't buy friends. But just be there to listen and help when you can.

        To make friends you have to know how to be a friend yourself first. Then I would say go out find activities that you enjoyr, volunteer work that you can help someone in need in someways. There are more than finaacial ways to help others many many more....
