You can earn points which qualifies you to obtain various badges and points by voting. Eventually people with enough votes, points, will become moderators on this sight. It is called Karma b/c you can view who has voted for you or against you. I am going to vote your ? up and you can repay me by voting my answer up and then you can see how our points will increase the next day.
