    How many covers will the barn restaurant hold / main bar area

    Looks as if decoration is required and perhaps an injection of contemporary flair without compromising the character. Looks a little tired. Is that the responsibility of the new tennants?

      I should think so. Go to second hand and thrift shops for that extra flair. Stick with your theme just clean it up a little with some cool art... big art and maybe some old iron, perhaps a bit of modern steampunk art is in order!? And go with mixed dishes and cutlery... no two the same sort of... have fun with your theme ... that alone is all the flair you need!
