This for real. Bend way over in the shower, place a finger on your perineum, look up meaning if you have to as I'm not describing it here, press there with VERY firm pressure for 15 to 20 seconds then stand up again. Do everyday, or more, until you see lots of improvement. It works. Should'nt be long unless they are very bad.
