200 lbs. is not bad if you're 6 foot 3 inches. It's bad if you're only 5' 6". If you're not a tall person, consider dropping a few lbs. It can't hurt to lose some weight. Eat less meat and lots of vegetables. Exercise often. Keep the stress down.
