          You are right there, but mostly gangs are responsible. I saw the UK Prime Minister speaking in Parliment, last night. This morning, I heard they arrested a teacher's assistant and others I can't remember who now.

            Youth gangs are the ones who started the rioting. Currently the UK Government has about 1600 gang members in custody.

              These gangs include (quote)"teachers, social workers, whole families have been involved" according to my friend who lives just and hour and a half from London.
